Step 1 - Check connection. L1 and L2 should read 220 volts from line to line, and these lines are 120 volts from line to ground.
Step 2 - Check to make sure the idler motor is hooked up for low voltage RUN (208-240 volts) Make sure every lead in the box is being used or connected.
